Gravity Defying cars in the Netherlands?

I don’t know whether it’s because parking space is limited or perhaps their cars can mysteriously defying gravity. But can anyone else think of a reason that people in the Netherlands park on the sides of buildings?

  6. The old Flint Journal building in Michigan had something like this, but it wasn’t an actual car, just painted on along with the parking spaces.
