Gravity Defying cars in the Netherlands?

I don’t know whether it’s because parking space is limited or perhaps their cars can mysteriously defying gravity. But can anyone else think of a reason that people in the Netherlands park on the sides of buildings?

Giant Dragon Discovered in Google Earth

This picture is quite spooky, you can clearly see the Dragon’s Head embedded in the ground near Montana in Canada. Nobody knows whether this is man made or just a freaky coincidence of nature:
