Black & White Dots Illusion

Concentrate hard on this Optical Illusion. Can you find the black dot hidden in this picture?

The illusion is known as the scintillating grid, and was discovered by E. Lingelbach in 1994. The black dots appears to move around & vanish as you move your eyes across the picture, less dots appear if you focus on a singular point.
